If you've simply changed your mind and want a different style, we're happy to help. In this case, there will be an additional cost, which we'll discuss during your consultation.
A Warm Welcome to New Badaro Clients
We're thrilled you've chosen Badaro for your hair transformation journey! To help us prepare for your amazing experience:
- For colour and smoothing services, we ask new clients for a 50% deposit when booking
- Don't worry - this deposit goes straight towards your service on appointment day
- Payment can be made on the day of consultation or via bank transfer to secure your appointment
This little step helps us get ready to give you our full attention and the fantastic results you're looking for.
We Understand Life Happens
Sometimes plans change, and we get that! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for your help in minimising the impact on your stylist:
- We'll send you a friendly reminder 72 hours before your appointment.
- If you need to make changes, please let us know at least 24-48 hours in advance
- This allows us to offer your appointment to another client and ensures our stylists' time isn’t wasted
Our Flexible Rescheduling Policy
- Changes with 24+ hours notice: No charge (we appreciate your thoughtfulness!)
- Changes within 24 hours: 50% of appointment cost (helps cover your stylist's reserved time)
- Same-day cancellations/reschedules: 50% of appointment cost (your stylist has cleared their schedule just for you)
- No-shows: Full appointment cost (your stylist was ready and waiting to pamper you)

A Note on Fees
Cancellation & No-Show's
If a cancellation fee applies, we'll email you an invoice payable by bank transfer within 24 hours. We appreciate your prompt attention to this, as it directly supports your stylist.
Sustainability Appointment Fee
Each appointment incurs a $3 green fee charge which goes directly to sustainable salons New Zealand and helps us to recycle / repurpose a minimum of 95% of the resources used at Badaro.
Stylist Pricing
Our tiered pricing system reflects the experience and expertise of our stylists. Please note, our prices increase annually on the 1st of January.
